I had a contractor scheduled to install carpeting and last minute they needed to cancel. I reached out to Chris at Artisan and he responded quickly (while on vacation!) and was able to work me into his schedule that week. He was responsive and answered all my questions and his quote was very reasonable. He did a great installation, cleaned everything up when he was done and it looks great! I had reached out to Chris last Thursday about a carpet replacement - he was able to come out and do measuring, order carpet and started installation on Saturday and finished Sunday. I cannot believe how professional he was, and a very hard worker. He was on time, and did a FANTASTIC job. I am so happy with the results, and can't wait to use his services again in my basement.
