Fantastic experience— Chris picked up my purchased carpet from Menards and brought it over to install in a smaller single bedroom. He was very quick to respond and great at communicating, even letting me know he had earlier availability when an opening came up in his schedule. On top of that, he covered a cat damaged patch of carpet right outside the bedroom door as a courtesy. Overall, it was a super fast and smooth process and the end result looks great!

I had a contractor scheduled to install carpeting and last minute they needed to cancel. I reached out to Chris at Artisan and he responded quickly (while on vacation!) and was able to work me into his schedule that week. He was responsive and answered all my questions and his quote was very reasonable. He did a great installation, cleaned everything up when he was done and it looks great! I’m very happy with his work and the finished product! Thanks Artisan, I will be calling in the future!
